What is the Deposit Financing Program?
Rent Cedar Valley is now offering Security Deposit Financing for eligible tenants. This program is being offered to assist those who may have difficulty putting down the entire security deposit up front when signing your lease. We want to help make it as easy as possible to find a home for you and your family.
How does it work?
If you qualify for this program, tenants will only be required to make a $100 minimum monthly payment until the security deposit total is met. This minimum payment plan begins the date the lease is signed. A 10% interest charge will begin on your move-in date.
