Rent Cedar Valley is happy to offer Pet Friendly Properties*!

Limit (2) pets per property/unit and pet rent may be charged as outlined:

• $100 / month for any pet 40 lbs and over
• $50 / month for any pet under 40 lbs

We are breed restrictive, and each pet will need to be approved by management prior to being permitted at the property and a proper pet agreement is also required.

Breeds or mixed breeds containing any of the following are not permitted (list subject to change without notice):

Canine:

• American Bull Dogs
• American Pitbulls
• Dobermans
• Rottweilers
• Staffordshire Terriers
• Wolf Hybrids

*Grand Crossing in Waterloo and Pinnacle Condos in Waverly offer free pet rent. Pets are still subject to management approval. Each property managed by Rent Cedar Valley is on a case by case basis and allowance of pets may not be permitted. Please check with Landlord if you have questions regarding a specific property.
