Due to the spread of COVID-19, it is in our best interest to our staff, as well as residents, to stay safe and healthy.

At this time, we are happy to schedule personal showings for any unit we have currently vacant. We will ask that each person wears one-time use gloves (we are happy to provide at time of showing) and we will plan to wipe down all door handles and anything touched with disinfectant. If you would like to set up a tour for a property that is currently occupied, we will be able to do so via virtual tour or video.

Additionally, if you have traveled in the past 14 days, experienced Fever, Sore Throat, Cough, and/or Shortness of Breath, we will have to insist that any showing be done via FaceTime or Skype. We appreciate your understanding and we look forward to working with you and your rental needs!
